A ride along the Taff Trail to Tongwynlais where we go on mainly quiet roads to re join the Taff trail in Taffs Well. After continuing on the Trail we branch off and go over a footbridge which is quite high over A470. We take another cycle path back to Taffs Well where we re join the taff Trail and go back to Hailey Park. Optional coffee stop in Ton
