About the route
A 'steady' ride through Medlock Valley Park, up to the Hollingwood Canal onto Daisy Nook Country Park. Up past Crime Lake and then on to Woodhouses Village. Then back down the hill back to Medlock Valley Park, on through Phillips Park and back to the National Cycling Centre. The ride will take a little over an hour at a steady pace.
