Ride Leicester - Ride Roman Leicester

Join us on this unique opportunity to explore Roman Leicester.

This ride will provide a fascinating glimpse into the rich history of Roman Leicester all brought to life by Hidden Histories' Jim Butler.

Along the route there will be several stops of interest with Roman connections in the City. At each location we will have a presentation providing a glimpse into Roman life in Leicester.

Please be aware that filming with participants will take place at the beginning and end of the ride, and footage may be included in the Leicester Museum Services Jewry Wall exhibition. Participants not wishing to be filmed are welcome, simply make yourself/selves known to the Ride Leaders before the ride commences.

Suitable for all bicycles types, however please note Santander Cycles Leicester are not suitable for this length of ride.

Helmets are advisable for adults and compulsory for children.
