Ride Leicester - Ride Roman Leicester

Join us on this unique opportunity to explore Roman Leicester.

This ride will provide a fascinating glimpse into the rich history of Roman Leicester all brought to life by Hidden Histories' Jim Butler.

Along the route there will be several stops of interest with Roman connections in the City. At each location we will have a presentation providing a glimpse into Roman life in Leicester.

A film crew will be present during the ride to capture the participants experience including the group ride, Jim Butler’s presentations and short interviews. The completed film will form part of the exhibition in the newly developed Jewry Wall museum.

Participants not wishing to be filmed are welcome, simply make yourself/selves known to the Ride Leaders before the ride commences.

Helmets are advisable for adults and compulsory for children.
