Cycle along the Regent's Canal to Islington, where we seek out buildings associated with the New River Head, near Sadler's Wells Theatre, which was opened in 1613 to bring fresh water to London. We then follow the path of the New River to Alexandra Palace and finish by cycling across Hampstead Heath to Highbury and Islington Overground Station.
