Ride Darlo - Summer Series

Our Summer Series rides are designed to make the most of the long, warm summer evenings and doing something a little different by taking in shorter routes around the Darlington area. These rides involve riding around local roads and cycleways and will include a stopover at a local pub on route. Nice and easy and short, you’ll be back before it gets dark.

These rides are classed EASYGOING or STEADY rides which are between 10-20 miles. The rides are usually flat, some have some small climbs. The rides are all on the roads or cycleways – all bike types are suitable. They are suitable for riders who are fit enough to sustain around 10mph avg. and can continually cycle for around 1 hour each way. The stopover on these rides will be for around 30 mins. These times are a guide and the rides can take longer.
