At the next mini roundabout, turn left and head towards B&Q. Our start/finish point is at the front of the B&Q store. Starting from the B&Q store at Morton Park, we ride north along the Five Arches route and up through Harrowgate Hill, through Brafferton village and into Newton Aycliffe. We then head north west through Eldon and Coundon Grange, heading through Auckland Park before we arrive in Bishop Auckland and have our stopover in the Market Place. The return route brings us south through Bishop Auckland following NCN 715, before we climb up into Shildon, then then follow alongside the railway line back into Newton Aycliffe. We crossover the outgoing route here, then head southwest into Heighington village and down through Walworth Gate before coming back into Darlington along the Faverdale Black Path. We re-join the Five Arches route, then head back to B&Q.
