A ride to Thurston, then head out to Rougham and call in at Rougham Barn, Roots Cafe at mile seven for a break. Then three miles back to Skyliner. Quite a lot of cycle paths, a railway bridge to climb up and a few main roads to cross, but mainly along country lanes and through pretty villages.
