-= Quick description =- A few of us are soon doing a 60 miles (100km) ride in France. To help prepare for the event, we'll be using this ride to learn about going at a maintainable pace, as well as how to eat, drink and rest for a long ride. Everyone's welcome to come along.
-= Speed =- We'll aim for cruising around 20-22km/h. We'll keep it at this speed (or slower) on purpose so everyone will be ok at the end of the 100km ride.
