This is a 45 mile round trip and there are a few hills to climb. It is a no-drop ride so all will be supported. This ride is suitable for intermediate cyclist, please check out the route to ensure you will be comfortable during this ride.

Road Riding

Equipment needed: dress appropriately for the weather, wearing layers that can be removed or added as required. Functioning front and rear bike lights will be needed for the ride home as will spare inner tubes (two is recommended, at least one is essential) and the tools needed to fix a puncture. The wearing of a cycling-specific helmet is strongly recommended.
