13 Miles in Total, Heading out down the Tram Road, through Penwortham then return on the South Bank of the River Ribble before picking up parts of the Penwortham Cycle Superhighway, Guild wheel and Tram Road back to the start.

Mainly off road and traffic free on good surfaces in sunshine.

No significant hills. Suitable for all bikes.

You need a helmet, roadworthy bike, Spare inner tube/ puncture repair kit Sun protection.
