About the route
Meet at 'boys comp' entrance, Glan Road, Cwmdare, down on Cynon trail then up to Hirwaun, long slog up the Rhigos Mountain road (this part will be on road) at the top of the mountain, turn left in to forestry, beautiful scenic ride through the forestry for approx 10 miles to Llanwonno and coffee/cake at the Brynffynon Public House's marquee. Either ride back through forestry / via Mountain Ash on Road or arrange a lift, one ride leader will return to start point as required.
