Starting at Aberdare College / Former Boys Comprehensive, Cwmdare Road, Aberdare.
Ride to the Cynon Trail passing Penywaun to Hirwaun - up 'The Rhigos' (not for the faint Hearted!). On to view the Willie Llewellyn Memorial Stone.
back to Rhigos Mountain and over to Maerdy - down the Rhondda Trail to Porth / Pontypridd, stopp for a well earned coffee / cake
back via the Taff / Cynon Trail
