A lovely ride along the Leeds Liverpool canal, starting near the Kirkstall Valley Nature Reserve to the lovely RSPB St Aidan's Nature Reserve

Virtually traffic free, we'll ride along the canal tow path on NCN 66 and 67, which incorporates the Trans Pennine Trail.

We'll stop for a rest and a snack at the RSPB café at St Aidan's

Bring water, snacks, money for the café, waterproofs, sunscreen, tools to repair a puncture, a road worthy bike and a smile!

We never leave anyone behind
