About the route

Starting point

TPT car park in Renishaw, behind the Sitwell Arms

Meet behind The Sitwell Arms in the Trans Pennine Trail car park. We will cycle about 6-10 miles by going along the Trans Pennine Trail then linking up to The Chesterfield Canal to Tapton Lock Visitor Centre (7.2 miles on tracks each way). The route is linear and we will follow it back in reverse.
