About the route
Redbridge Cycling Club Ladies only Intro Ride. Cafe stop at the lovely Norpar Barns for tea and cake. Return to the centre between 12.30pm and 1pm. All abilities and non members welcome. This is a social ride, no one will get left behind. IMPORTANT: It is expected that participants on our club rides wear an approved hardshell helmet.
