Redbridge Cycle Centre Christmas Special Ride

We will meet at Redbridge Cycle Centre for an opportunity to ride on the traffic free cycle circuit. This is an ideal opportunity to practice skills that will be of value when riding on the road such as sitting behind the rider in front, riding side by side, changing gear efficiently and riding down hills and round corners safely and efficiently. It will be an informal session so you can just ride round the circuit or join in some or all of the skills sections. The session will start at 10am and we will wrap up with tea and cake and be finished by around midday. This session is ideal for road bikes but you can also use a hybrid. The cost of using the track for this session will be £2.10 which is a special reduction off the normal price of £4.10 There is plenty of car parking at the centre or you can ride there. There will be a ride from The Castle, Woodford at 9am for anyone who wants to ride there from the centre. If you want to join us, please book onto the separate ride.
