Challenging road ride through the country lanes.a loop from hogg hill-lambourne end-stapleford abbotts-navestock-shonks mill rd-stapleford tawny back to lamborne end via abridge Lovely quiet country lanes, inclusive of a couple of hills to get you going. Great for anyone who is unfamiliar with the lanes.   This ride is ideal if you want to progress onto longer rides, you will need a roadbike suitable forlonger distances.  This route is not suitable for beginners.  Never ride without a spare innertube.  Bring a bottle of juice, water or electrolites & some money for a well earned cuppa & cake.  Meet at cafe inside Redbridge cycling centre.  The ride will include a tea stop, the cafe en route doesn't accept cards so bring some cash!
