The route uses quieter roads where possible to Watford and Hemel Hempstead. Beyond there are country lanes to Redbourn. Leaving Redbourn we head for Harpenden. Residential roads and country lanes will follow to reach Childwickbury private estate - the home of Stanley Kubrick when he was alive and from there to Gorehambury Private estate. The return to Harrow will be by way of Bricket Wood and Watford using lanes, paths and quiet roads in most cases.

A ride into Hertfordshire countryside and private estates. Please note that we always aim to be back by 1pm but the ride time depends upon the speed of the group as a whole and is only a guide.

Mix of roads including suburban and residential roads, country lanes, off road trails and private estate roads

There is a coffee stop at The Hub cyclists cafe, Redbourne

Helmets should be worn. Always carry repair kits and spare inner tubes, Water and cash/card for refreshments

We never leave anyone behind
