Reconnecting Grantham | Nature Day

Your qualified British Cycling Ride leaders will meet you in Wyndham Park and guide you at a safe and leisurely pace through Queen Elizabeth Park, through Sunningdale and onto the new cycle/footpath up to Londonthorpe Woods.

Here you will be able to explore the local wildlife with the Butterfly Conservation Trust, Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust, and the Reconnecting Grantham project.

From bug hotel making, to guided walks and scavenger hunts, join in the fun with all the family and learn more about nature.

We will retrace the path during which we will stop to admire the iconic Grantham oak and hear about the Woodland Trust's action to maintain its heritage.

Most of the route is traffic free.
