Mostly off road following Route 6 from Moorgreen, Hucknall through to Newstead and on to Ravenshead.

Start from 60 Moorgreen and heading East towards Awsworth taking (detour) in the Bennerley Viaduct. Proceed along the Nottingham Canal, to Trowell garden centre then head for Balloon Woods Bramcote where we will stop at SUDA world kitchen cafe 151-153 Bramcote Ln, Nottingham NG8 2QJ.

Mixture but mostly side roads and cycle paths and trails.
