About the route

Starting point

In the Catton Park car park off Oak Lane (North of the ring round).

Using back streets and dedicated cycle paths, the route heads eastwards to leave the city for the sleepy villages of Hemblington and South Walsham. The halfway point of the ride is Ranworth where it is planned to take a cake stop and enjoy the quiet and peace of one of Norfolk's finest Broads. The return route follows quiet lanes through Salhouse, retuning to Norwich from the north through Spixworth.
