Limehouse National Rail Station, Platform 2.

This is an opportunity to try out a mainly off-road but well made-up cycle path from Rainham Marshes to Upminster which passes along the Ingrebourne Valley. We meet at 10.00am at Limehouse NR Station to catch the 10.09 train to Rainham. It arrives at Rainham at 10.27. We then cycle for 3 miles along a cycle path to the Rainham Mashes RSPB Nature Reserve. Entrance to the reserve costs £5.00. We then walk round the reserve which is a further 2 miles. There is a cafe where we can stop to eat. We then cycle back to Rainham Station and then continue along the cycle path through the Ingrebourne Valley until we reach Upminster Station where we take the train home.
