Rainham Circular

Please bring;
1. A lock for your bike,
2. Some money or a card with you if you wish to purchase refreshments at the stop,
3. A road worthy bike,
4. A spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers
5. A cycle helmet,
6. Comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather,
7. A drink & snack for along the way if needed.

Cancelling your place won’t be a problem just let us know before the ride so we will not waiting unnecessarily, especially if it’s raining.

You should pay particular attention to your bike and helmet being in good working order before starting the ride so as to minimise risks and disruption to you and others..

This is a circular route from Upminster Library via Ockendon, Chafford Hundred and along the Thames to Rainham Hall

The route is a mixture of roads and tarmac paths

We will stop at Rainham Hall Café before returning to the start point through Hornchurch Country Park
