(0) Reviewsheading out from our regular Rainford start point ,we pass through Burscough , and on to Banks and along the sea front in to southport for lunch , slightly different route back .
A roads B roads cyclepaths , and a small section of trail
we will stop for lunch either by the pier weather permitting or use our regular cafe .
innertubes , pump, some basic tools , suitable clothing for the conditions , helmet , and some cash .
Please make sure you are up to riding a 40 mile bike ride at an avg speed of 9/11 mph .
