'Race' to the Greyhound?

OK not a race but a Gentle ride around Delapre & along dirt/gravel cycle paths via parks to Milton Malsor & The Greyhound Pub! Returning via canal towpath as mostly off road on dirt track with roots in places some tread required but all bikes welcome! It's a good idea to bring some water, especially if it's warm.  Also a puncture repair kit/spare tube for your bike. Please also bring some money if you want to buy refreshments. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then. Please ensure a mobile number is provided in case the road is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.   We are a friendly bunch and really welcome newcomers to our rides!
