Starting point
Meet at 9.45 ready to start off from the Discovery Centre in Craven Arms at 10 after a bike check and warm up.
Taking the Roman Road out of Craven Arms we will travel along quiet lanes around to Hoptonheath and then on to Aston on Clun. Here we will make a detour to Hopesay for a coffee break at the organic farm, before completing our ride back to Craven Arms. The route takes in some wonderful vistas of the area and explores some beautiful leafy lanes alongside small rivers.
The route has a few ups and downs but nothing that will be too difficult to manage at a leisurely pace, with our coffee stop to refresh us. Bring any water or nourishment you feel you may need along the way.
