Quest Adventure Girls Only Road Ride

The road ride is typically a circular route through the scenic lanes of West Sussex, or along the beautiful coast, trying to steer clear of the major A roads as much as possible. You’ll need climbing legs at various points in the ride, but the pace is dictated by the group and we all wait for each other (and gossip!). Our main emphasis is combining fun, with a good workout, gaining confidence on the road whilst riding in a group. As a member of a local triathlon and cycling club Nicole hopes she can encourage more local women to improve their cycling and enjoy it. The ride is free, but if you are new to the ride please call the shop to book in. You’ll need a suitable road racing bike, a spare inner tube plus patches and a helmet.
