Lee Valley VeloPark

This ride is an exploration of the beautifully landscaped and newly re-opened Queen Elizabeth Olympic Paralympic Park. Starting and finishing at the iconic Velodrome you will ride alongside the rivers and canals of the park, visit all the main venues from the 2012 Games; the Copper Box, home to the handball, fencing, and goal ball events of the 2012 Games; the London Aquatics Centre, the ArcelorMittal Orbit viewpoint. Also be amazed at the serenity of the Wetlands Walk Waterglades, the tranquility of the hidden 2012 Garden, and the fun of the Splash Park and Adventure Playgrounds. Not cycled for a while and looking for an easy way to get back in the saddle? Fancy a fun way to get your friends or kids riding? Our Easygoing rides are great for building confidence for all abilities and ages along relaxed, mostly traffic-free routes. They’re up to six miles long, with a gentle pace of around six miles an hour.
