Pushbikes – Taster & Family Ride The Chocolate Factory Ride! Route: A circular ride from Bournville along Rea Valley Cycle Route – quite side roads – Victoria Common Northfield – Open Spaces/Parkland – Cadbury Chocolate Factory – back to the Start Point. The distance is a 6 mile round trip approximately. This ride is suitable for those wanting to do a gentle ride or who are new to cycling or those who would like to bring their children on a ride. Most of the route is away from traffic and on paths, with a short section on a side road near Northfield. Meeting Point: Mary Vale Road – The access point to the canal on the bridge over the rail line and canal, Bournville, B30 2DA. There is on street car parking available in Alexandra Road which is very close to the bridge if you are bringing your bike by car and Bournville Train Station is right next to the canal at this location.
