Pugneys Country Park "Wonders of Wakefield" Steady" Cycle Ride. We are the Wakefield District Cycle Forum. Our rides do not require advanced booking, just turn up and go. Meet outside Visitors Centre at 10:15 for a 10:30 start. This event is the Wonders of Wakefield Trail at 21 miles. If you're fairly confident on your bike, Steady rides are the next step up, cycling a bit further at a comfortable pace. Expect up to 20 miles on this cycle ride. Not suitable for road bikes. Duration: Please allow 4 hours. A limited number of bikes are available to borrow free of charge, but must be booked in advance by email at the address below.
