Premier Breeze Ride - Mouldon Hill to The Strawberry Thief

This is an easy route from Mouldon Hill Country Park to the new Strawberry Thief Public House in Tadpole Village. This is an easy route, great for any fitness level on mostly paved cycle paths with a small section of low traffic road. The route is designed to introduce some of the cycle paths of North Swindon and to visit the newly opened public house 'The Strawberry Thief" for Coffee and Cake. Arkell's Brewery is based in Swindon and this pub is one of their newest and biggest projects. Strawberry Thief is the name that renowned Textile designer & Author Williams Morris gave one of his popular designs after he found thrushes stealing fruit in his garden in Lechlade. This will be my first Breeze Ride, hence of steady pace and risk free route.

Most of the route will be on North Swindon Cycle paths with a small amount of low traffic road - approximately 0.50 mile. These are very low traffic residential routes.

Strawberry Thief for Coffee or Tea and a mandatory sweet treat.

Helmets advised even though the route is mainly cycle path. Please bring some water and sunscreen for your face and legs. I would also advise wearing sun-shades.
