Practice for the Radleigh Homes Sportive

This is a practice ride for those ladies who have signed up to do the Derby Sportive on the 21st September or for those thinking of signing up and not sure whether this is for them. It is a challenge ride so you will need to feel some confidence that you can complete the ride. Please ensure your bike is roadworthy as the cycle hub will not be open. We will start at the Derby Cycle Hub,The Park Bikeworks, 34 Full Street Derby, This is a pretty route on mostly quiet roads, you will need to feel confident to ride on the road and with a group as we will stay together riding at the pace of the slowest rider. At the end of the ride we will have refreshments in the cafe at The Park Bikeworks, please ensure you bring enough fluids and snacks with you to finish the ride. It is advisable to bring a spare inner tube, a pump and to wear a helmet. We look forward to welcoming you on one of our friendly Breeze bike rides.
