Pottering to Padstow

This ride is aimed at ladies who are new to cycling or just getting back on their bike. Our ride is along the traffic free Camel Trail. It's a flat ride over 5.5 miles to Padstow where we will stop for a cuppa (and maybe cake) then return along the trail. We will be cycling at a pace to suit everyone and no one will be left behind. Please dress appropriately for the weather and bear in mind the trail is exposed to the estuary and can get windy and chilly the nearer to Padstow we get. Please wear a bike helmet, bring an inner tube to fit your bike and some money for refreshments. There are plenty of places to park within a short distance of the meeting place and also a choice of bike hire shops nearby.. The trail may be muddy so you might like to put an old towel on your car seat!
