About the route
An evening ride from kendal, taking in Burneside, Bowston and Thornyslack then back to Burneside on quite country lanes. There is a 'little hill' to be negotiated on route, but at 1/2 mile we can all take it at our own pace, whether on bike or foot.
Please bring waterproof, drink, snack and spare inner tube
