The route is along the the Leigh branch of the Leeds-Liverpool canal. We then cut down pass Pennington Park golf course before taking the local tracks to Pennington park. We will simply reverse the course on the way back.

Mainly tow paths and tracks with very little traffic interaction

We will stop at Pennington park for coffee and a chat.
