We progress along the tow path to Bamfurlong Bridge we then enter Viridor woods before making our way to 3 Sisters country park. After a stop by the lake we head back to Hawkley woods.

The route takes in the woodlands and flashes around Bamfurlong/Ashton area.

This route is in the main off road on tow paths and tracks. There are some quite challenging sections but all passable with care.

We will call in at the Hamlet at 3 Sisters halfway round.

Please wear your helmets and have a method of payment if you wish to buy any items at the cafe stop
