Starting from - Meet at Leverhulme Park on Longsight Road by the railings, close to the leisure centre. There is a free car park at the start of the ride. If the leisure centre is open, there are toilets. If you are coming by train, it is 2 miles each way to come to the start. BL2 6BZ

Let's get out and ride away a calorie or two! We will head to Bury and up to Tottington. It is here where we will have a long moderate hill climb before descending down to our cafe stop. We won't be going fast but we might have a pound or two extra to start burning off!
This is road and trails ride on tarmac surfaces.
We will have our cafe stop later on in the ride at Cafe 12 by Bradshaw Fisheries.
You must wear a helmet for the ride. Please bring the correct inner tubes, bike pump and kit in case of a puncture and know how to do a repair. Dress for weather, it's getting cold. If the weather is severe, the ride would be cancelled for safety. Please bring cash or card for the cafe.
