Helmets are required to be worn. Please bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit. Cash or card for use at the cafes. Suitable clothing for the weather on the day. S43 3WL

A gentle traffic freeride from Poolsbrook Country Park too Rother Valley Country park following an old disused railway line. We will stop at the café at Rother Valley for tea/coffee/snacks. There are also toilets at Rother Valley.
