From Tregaron, we will head to Pontrhydfendigaid, Ystrad Meurig, descending to Tynygraig and turning right to go on the back road to Pontrhydygroes. We will stop in the new cafe for refreshments. On the return journey, we will return via Ysbyty Ystwyth, Ffair Rhos, Pontrhydfendigaid back to Tregaron.
