From Tregaron, we will head to Pontrhydfendigaid, travelling as far as the bridge between Pontrhydfendigaid and Ystrad Meurig. We will then turn around and head back to Bont, turning left to Strata Florida, where we'll stop for a few minutes.
We will then retrace our route back to Tregaron.
