About the route
Leaving Penyrheol Leisure Centre, Head towards Pontardulais along the main road until you get to roundabout. Cutting off Grovesend by using the cycle track. Joining before Pontardulais traffic lights. From there, turn right passed The Rasoi Indian and continue until you get to Penllegear. Head to Gorseinon and then return cycle path joining at Heol y Mynydd back to the leisure centre.
