About the route
Starting point
Meet at the Bank of Scotland next to Polmont Rail Station. For anyone coming by car there is parking at the station and behind the bank.
How about a 12 mile ride to kick off the social group riding. Mountain bike or Hybrid will be fine but you will need tyres with a bit of tread for the canal path etc. (Semi-slicks will be fine, no need for knoblies).
