Polesworth ride with Guest coach

Carl from British Cycling will be a guest coach on the ride, he is RCA, coach and tutor for BC as well as a personal trainer and will be coaching you throughout the ride.  This is a first for a breeze ride to have a guest giving training advice so enjoy! Come along and enjoy an 24 mile ride along the rolling country lanes. We will be heading out of Polesworth riding through a number of beautiful villages and open country side through North Warwickshire.   There are some inclines but nothing too taxing Bring some change as we will make a pit stop for refreshments. This ride is suited for a road bikes as there is a few inclines, I am hoping to pick the pace up a little but don’t worry no one will be left behind.  We will be also giving advice and using techniques for riding in packs to develop your riding skills in a larger group.  The ride should take a couple of hours with roughly 30 minutes for a break (pending on the gossip) but please allow for more time just in case the pace is slower than anticipated or we have a puncture.  Please bring a helmet, spare inner tube and puncture repair kit just in case.
