Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

This is a ride for new riders but everyone is welcome.This will be a short gentle ride to encourage any new ladies who may not have been on their bike for a while and who want to gain in confidence . Any previous riders are also welcome but we will be taking this at a leisurely pace to suit the slowest rider. We will head out of Pocklington along The Mile turning left to Meltonby. At Meltonby T junction we will turn left to Yapham and Yapham Mill. This does involve two little hills but don't be put of you can always get off and push. At Yapham Mill we will go straight across down Keldspring Lane to Barmby Moor and return to Pocklington down the cycle path and a well earned coffee and cake. Please remember to bring a water bottle and high vis clothing especially a waterproof /windproof jacket so we are seen. A helmet is advisable and of course don't forget a few pennies for coffee & cake!! If the weather looks doubtful please give me a ring. I will be going whatever the weather Val 07703134034
