Leaving the Rugby Club and heading past Yapham Mill, a left turn down Feoffee Lane and to the A1079. Straight across the main road towards Allerthorpe Woods, then to Thornton. A right turn by the church takes us over the canal to the edge of Melbourne. Another right turn towards Bielby then to Hayton. Across the A1079 again and back to Pock via Burnby.

Medium to fast paced ride to get done before dark, slight undulations. 17 miles. Not suitable for beginners.

Mostly quiet country lanes.

No stops

Helmets are a must please. Also have a drink and spare inner tube for your bike.

Make the most of these spring evenings with a bike ride.
