Saturday morning spin to Plympton and Plymstock. Steady with challenges.

From the start we wiggle our way through the grounds of Saltram House then up to, and around, Langage estate. Then we drop into Plymstock via Hercules Road and meander through the top of Plymstock and down into Oreston
To finish; we head back through Plymstock until we hit the Embankment cycle trail back to the start point.

Keeping the pace and distance down without escaping the challenges of everyday cycling. So you've ridden the trails and moved on to cycle lanes, and maybe quiet country lanes. Time to move on then. We'll still be using cycle trails and country lanes but we'll be adding in some easy hills and some busy urban roads; all leading to coffee and scones and a short spin home. We'll finish with a short ride back to the start.

Usual rules apply. Helmets, lights and any repair kit you might need are mandatory. Snacks, drinks and a sense of humour are advised for the journey.
