We start off with a lap around the back of Woodford and down into Newnham. from there we start the accent of Deux alps up to Wotter. then its up and over and down Dragon hill and out to Cornwood and onto Ivybridge where we head back along the cycle path to through Lee mill and Smithaleigh back to deep lane and down to our start point. Stopping at one of the pubs for refreshments.
