This route starts from Worthing Pier and follows the coast over to Shoreham before then following the river north. Once on the downs we then head over towards Cissbury ring to hopefully see some amazing views. Once we have taken these views in then we drop down back into Worthing - finally finishing back at the pier.
We will aim to average 10 - 15 mph, however if this is too fast for the group then we will slow the speed down - we start as a group and will finish as a group.
