Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

The route includes parks, cycle ways and a short stretch of residential road. Leaving Paget Primary School we will go through Pype Hayes Park to the town centre. We then go into Sutton Park, up to the Jamboree Stone. Leaving the Jamboree Stone we will exit the park via Boldmere Gate and then ride to Wylde Green, returning to Paget School.

Pype Hayes Community Cycling have adult bicycles and helmets that can be borrowed for the ride. We will be stopping at the Jamboree Stone for a picnic. You will need to bring a snack and a drink. Cash would also be useful for an ice cream or a drink at the stop.

Riders are advised to dress for the weather. If the sun makes an appearance it will be worth applying suncream. Spare inner tube/puncture kit would also be useful.
